As an independent stylist, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both my time and other guests, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled or changed within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next guest. If you are feeling sick, please reach out prior to your appointment.
